Upon receiving your verifiable request, we will promptly acknowledge its receipt, typically within fourteen(14) days. We will also provide details on how we plan to handle your request. Our response to your request will be provided within 45 days of receipt. Please be aware that, in exceptional cases, we may extend the processing time to a maximum of 3 months.

Our responses will encompass the preceding month’s period. You have the right to request information beyond this timeframe, but this applies only to personal information collected from the time we started operating(May 31, 2023.) 

We will make every effort to fulfill such requests unless it proves infeasible or would place a disproportionate burden on us.
